LIGHT FOR LIFE DEVOTIONAL

Scripture: Psalms 139:13-17

[13]You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit them together in my mother’s womb.

[14]Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! It is amazing to think about. Your workmanship is marvelous—and how well I know it.

[15]You were there while I was being formed in utter seclusion!

[16]You saw me before I was born and scheduled each day of my life before I began to breathe. Every day was recorded in your book!

[17](17-18) How precious it is, Lord, to realize that you are thinking about me constantly! I can’t even count how many times a day your thoughts turn toward me. And when I waken in the morning, you are still thinking of me!

VISION PART 2

Vision helps us to see or perceive things that are yet to take place. When we take delivery of God given dreams and visions, it is equivalent to taking delivery of the future. Our adversary, the devil, knows this and seeks to steal the revelation that God has sown in our hearts. (Mark 4 :15). He attempts to fill our mind with thoughts of past failures, fear, unbelief and negative circumstances etc. Hence it is necessary to stand our ground in order to see our divinely inspired visions fulfilled. This will require us engaging in vision fights by renewing our mind and building the right mental pictures with God's Word. Our gaze should not be on what we can see with our physical eyes but what is revealed to the eyes of our understanding. Our dependence on the Spirit of God will ultimately ensure that our visions triumph despite adversity.

This truth must embrace you: God is always thinking good of you no matter what you do. This implies that his vision for your life is too powerful to be opposed successfully.

Prayer

Father thank you for your great thoughts towards me everyday in Jesus name

Teach me Lord to believe in you always in Jesus name.

Prophecy

Nothing and no one is permitted to stand on your way of progress, you are moving forward in Jesus name

Grace to take the appropriate steps towards the fulfilment of your vision, recieve it now in Jesus name

The oil of favour will speak for you today in Jesus name.

I can see God's plan for me
