SCRIPTURE: Romans 8:23‭-‬27 (TLB)

The Spirit makes us sure about what we will be in the future. But now we groan silently, while we wait for God to show that we are his children. This means that our bodies will also be set free. And this hope is what saves us. But if we already have what we hope for, there is no need to keep on hoping. However, we hope for something we have not yet seen, and we patiently wait for it. In certain ways we are weak, but the Spirit is here to help us. For example, when we don't know what to pray for, the Spirit prays for us in ways that cannot be put into words. All of our thoughts are known to God. He can understand what is in the mind of the Spirit, as the Spirit prays for God's people.

THE SPIRIT'S HELP

The Holy Spirit is here for you, that is his purpose on the earth. His mission is to make life easier for you.

Good morning Lighthouse Family, today the Spirit of God is bringing peace into every troubled and unsettled area of your life in Jesus name.

The challenges of life can be overwhelming, bills to be paid, targets to reach, academic work that must be done and so on. These challenges can be so choking that they can swing your life into an undesired negative pendulum that can short circuit your momentum and drive to succeed.

We have to understand that one of the core missions of Jesus Christ for coming to the earth was to bring peace in the midst of trouble and terminate struggles. This mission he handed over to the Holy Spirit. That is why he is called the comforter. First of all it is comforting to know that the Spirit of God prays for us in ways that cannot be put to words. When you are troubled, confused and you don't know what to do send time with the comforter. Sometimes he doesn't even have to say anything to you but to give you peace of mind that passes all understanding. See,I believe God has hardwired into us the solution to every situation we will ever find ourselves but life can be so saturating that the worries can becloud our minds that we don't think clearly. However, the Spirit of God grants us peace so we can think clearly and receive direction as per the next step to take for victory.

Friends, this is why we spend ample time praying in the Spirit. My Bishop David Abioye said when you are faced with a situation you don't understand, respond in a language you don't understand. The more time we send with the Spirit the less we have to worry about the challenges of life. This is your season of results in Jesus name.

Prayer

Holy Spirit I hand over my thoughts to you, guide my thinking in Jesus name

Spirit of the living God, release in me the peace of God that brings understanding and direction in every situation in Jesus name

Holy Spirit I receive your help today in every area of my life in Jesus name.

Prophecy

I declare today is the beginning of new experiences for you in Jesus name

You will never operate in lack or want again in Jesus name.

Every burden in your heart is taken over by the Holy Spirit in Jesus name

You are stepping into your green pastures in Jesus name

The Spirit of God will show you the way out of that predicament in Jesus name.

You are breaking forth on every side from now in Jesus name.

The peace of God will rain in your heart, no heart attack for you in Jesus name.
