PREPARED FOR HIS COMING

Scripture:

Acts 1:9-11

[9]It was not long afterwards that he rose into the sky and disappeared into a cloud, leaving them staring after him.

[10]As they were straining their eyes for another glimpse, suddenly two white-robed men were standing there among them,

[11]and said, “Men of Galilee, why are you standing here staring at the sky? Jesus has gone away to heaven, and some day, just as he went, he will return!”

HE WILL RETURN AS HE LEFT

It's comforting to know that as he left he will return.

An amazing morning to you lighthouse family, everything is turning around for your good.

There is a question that pops up from the statement made by the angels: how did he leave? Every statement of scripture is deliberate. No expression is loose or vague.

Jesus ascended only after assuring them that the comforter would continue from where he stopped. He assured them of power that would make them operate like him and extend his ministry. He left them prepared for what was coming.

He will return the same way he left... This for me implies he will return ensuring that we are prepared for his coming. Before even his death, he kept preparing his disciples for the coming event. God believes in adequate preparation. Jesus brought them into their place of mission and set them on the path of pursuing heaven's agenda for their lives.

The truth is this, the Holy Spirit, our comforter is preparing you for the coming of Jesus by guiding you into your place of purpose so you can have a good account to give when you come before the father. Your place in God's agenda is where you have grace ordained for you.

Your place in heaven is already secured by grace but the spirit of God is preparing you to give a great account of your life here on Earth. I believe the reason God left you here after saving you was because he had a plan for your life that the world could not do without. As they saw him leaving but prepared for what was coming so we shall be prepared by Holy Spirit for his coming.

Prayer

Holy Spirit I submit to your leading in my daily life in Jesus name

Holy Spirit light up my heart with the fire of passion for God and for the kingdom in Jesus name

Prophecy

Nothing is permitted to stand in your path of progress in Jesus name

Your eyes, ears and heart are open to the leading of the Holy Spirit from now in Jesus name

Fresh grace for pursuit of God's agenda for your life is released on you now in Jesus name

Every sickness or disease around is crushed by the blood in Jesus name

I speak unique opportunities are coming for you today and through this week on Jesus name

God is raising you up as a destiny helper to someone else, you are empowered to be a blessing in Jesus name

You struggles with finance and negative habits are over in Jesus name

Declaration

I am prepared for the coming of the Lord by the help of the Holy Spirit.

You are supernatural

I love you.
