LIGHT FOR LIFE DEVOTIONAL

MONDAY, June 29, 2020

SCRIPTURE: Proverbs 16:1-3, 9 (ESV)

The plans of the heart belong to man,

but the answer of the tongue is from the Lord.

All the ways of a man are pure in his own eyes,

but the Lord weighs the spirit.

Commit your work to the Lord,

and your plans will be established.

The heart of man plans his way,

but the Lord establishes his steps.

THE LAW OF NAVIGATION

The success of every venture is a function of the clarity of the mental journey embarked upon by the leader by the actual move begins.

Good morning Lighthouse Family, as you release your faith today through thinking, speaking and acting on God’s word your testimonies of undeniable progress begin to manifest in Jesus name.

Your life is a function of the quality of leadership you offer to yourself. You are your first and most effective leader. It is true you have angels around you but their work is subject to your leadership. All of life’s abundant resources given to you are subject to your leadership. This is why I always say we are all born to lead. You are born to lead you to becoming you!

Leadership rides on the wings of navigation. You must see where you are going before you start off. Every successful voyage is based on navigation. Recognize that for your life there is a purpose, process, there are potentials, people, priorities and procedures; it is your plans that organizes them for productivity.

What is your plan? You must write out a definite plan for executing your vision, you must have a plan to achieve your desires. Your plan must include a definition of what you are pursuing, the potentials you have to achieve them, the people you have to talk to, the priorities you must set right and the preparations you must make. Planning is living deliberately. Don’t just start because of zeal, plan. My pastor says planning is winning. You must travel the journey in your mind and on paper before you begin the pursuit. Let me remind you of what I said yesterday, Strategy is the secret weapon of every army; it makes few formidable, it turns little to achieve much. Today take time out to plan, write your plans in faith believing God’s hand is with you. Enjoy undeniable progress today in Jesus name.

Prayer

Father, guide my thoughts to conceive the right plans in line with your agenda for my life in Jesus name.

Lord, open my eyes to see the treasures you have put in and around me in Jesus name.

Holy Spirit, release the rain of supernatural ideas for progress on everyone in the lighthouse family in Jesus name.

Prophecy

I prophesy open doors on your path today in Jesus name.

Everywhere you turn favour will answer for you in the name of Jesus.

No man is permitted to stand before you in opposition in Jesus name.

By the anointing of the Holy Spirit I crush every opposition mounted against you by the enemy in the name of Jesus

I command the elements of nature to work for your favour in the name of Jesus

You are stepping into a path of treasures today in Jesus name

Every pain in your body, soul or your heart is healed in Jesus name.
