EMOTIONS UNDER CONTROL

Negative emotions can lead to all kinds of commotion. Love conquers all hurts.

Good morning Lighthouse Family, the doors of great opportunities are opening up for you today in Jesus name.

It is unlikely that any one of us has made it through life without being hurt by someone, sometimes someone close and dear to us but we only continue letting what they have done hurt us if we don’t forgive them.

Ask yourself if you are angry with anyone for anything, and if you are, ask God to help you forgive, forget, and let it go. God is our Vindicator, and if we will allow Him to, He will repay us for every injustice that has been done to us. In my life, I have learned that anger is something we should never carry around with us. God’s Word says that we should not let the sun set on our anger, and if we do, then we give the devil a foothold in our lives (see Ephesians 4:26–27).

This is one of the reasons you must understand the foundation of your nature as a believer. At the core of your divine nature is love. When you operate in love you live above the overwhelming power of negative emotions generally, not only anger. Let love rule your thoughts and peace will set in with joy unspeakable full of glory.

Love is a choice to see things from God's perspective. Love is a responsibility and a lifestyle. You choose to love and thus you also choose to forgive. Never put your emotional life in the hands of others. No body has the right to make you anything - make you angry, sad, happy or sorrowful. You choose these emotions by your preconceived notions or thoughts. Positive emotions guarantees sound health and attracts great people into your life.

Let love lead your actions and reactions in life.

PRAYER:

Father, help me forgive everyone who has hurt me in the past year, and if I have hurt anyone, please help them forgive me.

Holy Spirit fill me with your love, let your love overwhelm me in Jesus name

Holy Spirit grant me wisdom to know how to work with people around me in Jesus name.

I speak peace into your life, every hurt situation around you gives way to peace in Jesus name

I speak healing over every hurt into your heart by the blood of Jesus

From today the love, peace and joy of the Holy Spirit will flood your life unprecedentedly in Jesus name.
